Warranty. It

- For the first three years our plan covers defects in workmanship and materials. We even will cover things like drywall pops and cracks caused by normal settling during the first year.
- From years three to six we provide you with extended limited warranty coverage for certain parts of the project as outlined in our construction agreement.
- And, we provide you a full ten years of coverage on major structural defects.
